About This Role
As an RN in the Medical/Surgical and Observation Unit at Cleveland Clinic’s South Pointe Hospital, you will provide exceptional care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, working alongside a dedicated team of caregivers. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to enhancing patient experiences.

Pay: $33.50 - $53.60/hour
Location: Warrensville Hts, OH
Schedule: Day/Night rotation, 7:00 p.m. — 7:30 a.m.

What You'll Do
Assist caregivers in providing exceptional patient care from introduction to discharge.
Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience.
Supply healthcare education as needed.
Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and resources.
Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
Document in patients’ medical records.
Requirements
Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Experience: New graduate RN or less than one year of RN work experience
Licenses & Certifications: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
