Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform independent, in-clinic patient care and oversee long-term care plans. The role includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient needs, while addressing psychological, emotional, cultural, and social factors.
The position requires a BSN (preferred), RN licensure in Texas, BLS, and current PALS certification, with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
