Job description

MetroHealth is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) in Ohio. The unit features 24 beds with a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and advanced telemetry, supporting cardiac patients and complex care needs. You will work rotating shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a with weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Eligible for up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying experience and $5,000 for new graduates. Required are Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS; BSN preferred.
