Job description
MetroHealth in Lakewood, OH is seeking a Critical Care Step Down RN for the 7 West unit. This full-time role features 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a) with rotating weekends and holidays, totaling 72 bi-weekly hours.
The CCSD unit cares for cardiac and medical-surgical patients in a 24-bed setting, emphasizing teamwork, EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures. Eligible for sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced RNs, or $5,000 for new graduates. Benefits are included.
