Job description
Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a registered nurse to lead and coordinate care on Unit 3100 – Medical/Surgical Telemetry, a 30 private bed unit providing care to a wide variety of med/surg patients with telemetry needs.
The role emphasizes using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), effective communication with the care team, delegation and supervision, and documenting patient and family teaching.
