Registered Nurse - Med/Surg/Tele
Schedule
This is a Night 3x12-Hour shift position, from 19:00 to 07:00.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg/Tele unit. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telemetry nursing, be adept in managing patient care, and be skilled in utilizing Epic charting systems.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg/Tele unit.
Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Manage complex cases including post-operative care for joint replacements and other surgeries.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg/Telemetry experience required.
Current NY RN license required at the time of submission.
BLS certification required.
Epic charting experience preferred.
Must be located 50+ miles from the facility; locals are not accepted.
