Job Description:
Documents patient care accurately, including drug allergies, lab data, diagnostic tests, and patient education.
Maintains a clean, safe patient environment and ensures proper use and documentation of supplies and equipment.
Collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care. Assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive care plans with a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with patients and families.
Conducts thorough assessments of patients' goals, biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs using hospital resources.
Acts as a liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources.
Education:
Associate's of Nursing (Required)
Bachelor's of Nursing (Preferred)
Work Experience:
2+ Womens Services (Labor and Delivery or Couplet) experience (Preferred)
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) (Required)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (Required)
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) (Preferred)
S.T.A.B.L.E. Certification (Preferred)
Physical Requirements: Physical Requirements -
Pay Range: $33.61 - $62.53
