Description:The unit consists of 10 beds with a staff that includes a minimum of 2 RNs during night shifts, increasing to 3 depending on patient acuity.Patient ratios are set at 1:3 for couplets.The unit utilizes EMR systems including CPN and Meditech.Candidates should be patient-centered, friendly, and self-driven.Key responsibilities involve catching babies during deliveries, providing routine postpartum care, and addressing circumcision and some GYN post-operative patients.Teamwork and a commitment to excellent patient experiences are pivotal in this role.The unit prioritizes supportive collaboration among staff members.
