Job description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care services to patients in Utah in the Logan/Cache Valley area
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical assessments during each visit.
Assist patients with breathing exercises and techniques.
Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Document patient progress and update care plans as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Active RN license.
Experience in home health or community-based nursing preferred but not required.
Compassion and treatment of the whole person, not just a 'job'. Patients are cared for long term over many months/years. Not traditional home care.
Personal relationships of trust are formed and nurtured between nurses and patients.
Punctuality is a requirementand expected at all times. Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling.
