Job description
Endeavor Health offers an RN New Graduate Residency Program across Edward, Elmhurst, Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, Northwest Community, Skokie, and Swedish hospitals. The March 15, 2027 cohort provides structured orientation, classroom education, simulation, mentorship, and evidence-based practice to new graduates transitioning to professional nursing.
Eligible candidates should have a BSN preferred (or ADN with BSN plan) and must obtain or hold an active Illinois RN license with CPR/BLS.
