Job description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to provide specialized, compassionate care in a hospital recognized for excellence. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts on a per diem basis, delivering high-quality patient-centered services.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing direct care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced environment
Applying nursing skills and clinical knowledge to ensure optimal outcomes
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support patient needs
Maintaining compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
California Registered Nurse License
American Heart Association BLS and American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification
At least one year of nursing experience
Preferred skills and qualifications include:
Specialty certification in neonatal or relevant area
