Job description
Beloit Health System at Beloit Regional Hospice is hiring a Registered Nurse Night Shift Case Manager to join our team.
The RN will coordinate interdisciplinary care for patients and families, ensure compliance with hospice standards, and guide on-call services. The role requires Wisconsin or Illinois RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and a 4:30p-8a on-call shift with a 7-on/7-off schedule.
