You'll work one-on-one with a patient in a home setting while partnering with an experienced Maxim nurse who will provide real-time coaching, training, and support. ResponsibilitiesUtilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and contracted services
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document patient response
Monitor patient progress and evaluate outcomes related to established goals
Recognize changes in patient condition and communicate updates to the physician and clinical supervisor
Document all care coordination and physician collaboration accurately in the medical record
Ensure a safe patient environment while following infection control and universal precaution standards
Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a home setting
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, if applicable
Less than 12 months of nursing experience
