We're Looking For
5+ Years of Labor & Delivery Nursing Experience
Minimum 2 Years of Supervisor or Nurse Leadership Experience
Previous Charge Nurse Experience (Required)
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications
AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification (completed within the last 2 years)
In This Role You'll
Lead and support the Labor & Delivery team during your shift
Coordinate patient flow and staffing assignments
Provide hands-on clinical support as needed
Mentor and coach nursing staff
Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Partner with physicians and leadership to deliver outstanding maternal and newborn care
Do you have at least 5 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience?
Do you have 2+ years of supervisor or nurse leadership experience?
Have you worked as a Charge Nurse in Labor & Delivery?
Are your BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications current?
