Job description
Our Lady of Peace is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services/RN Supervisor in Charlottesville, VA. The role reports to the Director of Nursing Services and supervise licensed nurses and CNAs to ensure residents receive high-quality care.
Responsibilities include program implementation, scheduling, and compliance with policies and regulations, with hands-on care when needed and collaboration with the DON and Administrator.
