Job description
Windham Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Shea units. The RN will supervise patient care, clinical staff, and unit operations to deliver high-quality, family-centered care and support the hospital's strategic goals.
The position requires a BSN, with a Master's preferred, at least two years of acute care RN experience with supervisory exposure. Connecticut RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 90 days are required, with LEAN and quality improvement experience encouraged.
