Job description
Ecumen Pathstone is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) to support the Director of Nursing in implementing resident care policies and supervising direct nursing staff. You will help establish standards and goals to support residents’ highest practicable well-being in a campus community offering various care services in the Mankato, MN area.
The role includes coordinating resident care, conducting assessments, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring safety and infection control.
