Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN - Nurse Navigator specializing in pediatric GI and Pulmonary management. This is a travel assignment leveraging in-basket management and phone triage within a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Nurse Navigator Manage patient in-baskets within the clinic
Conduct phone triage for established diagnoses such as GI and Pulmonary issues
Handle medication refills and requests for paperwork from providers
Requirements of the RN - Nurse Navigator Minimum 2 years of clinic experience; preference for Pediatric, GI, and/or Pulmonary experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
