Job description
Riverside Health in Newport News, VA is seeking a part-time RN to support the Integrated Care Command Center (IC3). You will guide patient access, coordinate workflows, and implement protocols to ensure timely care. The role emphasizes process improvement, data analysis, and staff education to sustain high-quality services across departments.
You will mentor staff, monitor performance against plans, and provide leadership during 24/7 IC3 operations. Weekend shifts are required.
