Med/SurgPublished August 3, 2026 Job Type PRN Job Category Clinical Department Med/Surg Hours All ShiftsDescriptionThe Nurse Tech provides direct and indirect patient care to all age groups. It is their duty to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activities that occur on the Nursing Unit. The Tech will perform clerical and receptionist duties as well as selected patient care duties and assist in maintaining the physical environment of the nurses' station.QualificationsMust currently be enrolled in and have successfully completed the first semester of an approved nursing course of study. As consistent with the successful completion of the first semester of a nursing curriculum. Basic nursing skills learned in the first semester of curriculum. Current BLS certification (may be obtained at orientation).
