Job description
Vista Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bridgeport, TX seeks an experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to lead the nursing team, ensure safe and compassionate resident care, and uphold regulatory standards. You will partner with the Director of Nursing, coordinate MDS/RAI activities, manage staffing, discharge planning, and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
Active Texas RN licensure and strong leadership are required; we offer comprehensive benefits.
