American Traveler is hiring a RN Nursing Supervisor for an acute care hospital in Massachusetts. Active MA RN license and 5+ years of nursing supervisor or house supervisor experience with Charge Nurse responsibilities are required.
The role includes 12-hour shifts, evenings/nights, weekends, and leadership duties across multiple units to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient care and a positive hospital image. Local candidates within 50 miles are preferred.
