Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 Annual Salary

Position Description
We are looking for a dedicated RN Nursing Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility in Elkton, MD. This is a full time, on-site role supervising the nursing team on the unit, overseeing day to day resident care, and partnering with the Director of Nursing on clinical quality and survey readiness.
Qualifications
Active Maryland RN license in good standing
Nursing experience in a skilled nursing or long term care setting, charge or supervisory experience preferred
Working knowledge of care planning, the survey process and clinical documentation
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work full time on site in the building
Responsibilities
Supervise and support the nursing staff on shift, including coaching and coverage
Oversee resident care, medication management and care plans
Ensure clinical documentation, compliance and survey readiness
Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
Serve as the clinical point of contact for residents and families
