Job description
The Sharon at SouthPark in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to join our leadership team in our nonprofit continuing care retirement community. This role leads daily clinical operations, mentors staff, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality resident care.
Ideal candidates have an active RN license, at least 1 year of long-term care and prior leadership experience, with strong communication and critical thinking skills.
