Job description
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking an RN to deliver skilled nursing care across various clinical settings. Under provider direction, you will assess patients, plan care, and intervene following nursing processes, reporting to a Practice Manager.
Responsibilities include office-based care with providers, nursing evaluations, triage calls, and empathetic patient support. CT RN licensure is required; prior medical/surgical office experience is preferred, with access to tuition benefits
