Registered Nurse On CallWhat You Must Have:Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of NursingCurrent State Registered Nurse LicenseCurrent Driver's License, reliable transportation, and provide ongoing valid and current auto liability insuranceTwo years of experience as an RN preferred in a healthcare/clinical settingFull Time Employee BenefitsCompetitive PayMedical, Dental & Vision insurancePaid Time OffPaid holidays401k with up to 4% employer matchingTuition reimbursementCompany car for qualifying individualsMileage reimbursementWhat You Will Do:Provide home visits as needed for patient assessment, treatment, and support. Visits may include pronouncement of patient death, crisis management and admissionPlans for comprehensive service to patients and their families; develops and/or revise nursing care plans, including goals in conjunction with the patient's physician and IDGUtilize excellent customer care skills with internal and external customers, including using proper phone etiquettePrepare clinical and progress notes that demonstrate progress toward established goalsInform physician and other personnel of changes in the patient's needs and outcomes of intervention, while evaluating patient/family response to careTimely submission of all documentationPerformance of other duties as requiredEnsure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures
