Job description
All Aviation Jobs is seeking an Oncology Nurse Navigator to provide oncology-specific nursing care and navigation for patients, families, and caregivers, guiding them through the cancer care continuum.
The role requires an active Oregon RN license, BLS, and knowledge of oncology treatment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary services, educate patients, and track outcomes while supporting compassionate, patient-centered care onsite in Gold Beach, OR.
