Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks an RN for our Oncology Practice to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult cancer patients. The RN coordinates treatments, administers chemotherapy and related therapies, manages symptoms, and provides education to patients and families. Responsibilities include care planning with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, triaging patient calls, monitoring for treatment toxicity, and maintaining accurate documentation.
