Job description
UCHealth seeks an experienced RN for our Operating Room Transplant team. In this role, you’ll deliver specialized perioperative care for complex organ transplant surgeries in a leading academic medical center. Responsibilities include circulating and scrubbing, managing sterile fields, monitoring patients intraoperatively, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll support patient education, quality initiatives, and staff mentoring while working in a culture that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
