Job description

The Ochsner Health system is seeking a Nurse Supervisor of the Operating Room to supervise care at the point of care within a surgical unit. You will coordinate, delegate, and evaluate nursing interventions with licensed nurses, RNs, and PCTs to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

You will partner with unit leadership to assess staff performance, promote evidence-based practice, and manage daily operations, staffing, and supplies while maintaining patient safety and quality metrics.
