East Houston Medical Center is seeking 12 experienced RN OR Circulators to help shape the next chapter of surgical excellence for our Baytown location. Onboarding and cultural integration begin at our Wallisville campus. This opportunity is designed for polished perioperative nurses who lead with composure, clinical precision, and a deep commitment to patient advocacy in the operating room.
Responsibilities
Coordinate patient care and protect safety during intraoperative procedures.
Maintain sterile practice and ensure compliance with surgical workflow.
Manage communication among surgical team members and document intraoperative activities.
Advocate for the patient throughout the surgical experience.
What you will bring
Proven experience as an RN OR Circulator in an acute care hospital or surgical setting.
Strong command of sterile technique, surgical workflow, intraoperative documentation, patient safety, and interdisciplinary coordination.
Calm presence, professional maturity, and ability to perform with excellence in a fast-moving perioperative environment.
A mindset that values accountability, teamwork, preparation, and service at the highest level.
