Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc is hiring a night-shift Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care in correctional facilities. You will assess patients, administer medications, manage chronic and acute conditions, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Working within a collaborative, security-aware team, you’ll support continuity of care, participate in care planning and health education, and help create a safer, healthier environment for incarcerated individuals.
