Dependable And Compassionate Rn Or Lpn NeededWe are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a client in a private home setting in Northwest Oklahoma City. This is a consistent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a relationship with a client and providing attentive, individualized care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a home environment and caring for a client with complex care needs. A background in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or a similar setting would be especially beneficial, but is not required.Responsibilities include:Provide nursing care in accordance with the established plan of careMonitor the client's condition and report changes appropriatelyAssist with daily care needs and ensure the client's safety and comfortCommunicate effectively with the client, family, and care teamComplete required nursing documentationProvide compassionate, respectful, one-on-one careQualifications include:Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standingPrevious nursing experience preferredLong-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is a plusComfortable working independently in a home settingDependable, compassionate, and attentive to detailStrong communication skillsThis is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for consistent hours and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in a home environment.
