At Cooperative Production, nurses are not rushed through impossible caseloads. You support the same individuals over time, work closely with interdisciplinary teams, and practice nursing in a setting that values judgment, consistency, and respect.

What you will do
Administer medications and follow individualized nursing treatment plans
Monitor overall health status, including skin integrity, hygiene, and seizure activity
Communicate with physicians, pharmacists, therapists, families, and internal teams
Respond to health concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up
Complete required health documentation accurately and on time
What you need
Current Massachusetts LPN license
BLS certification in Massachusetts
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to pass CORI and fingerprinting
Physical considerations
This role may involve assisting adults with transfers and adaptive equipment. All care is provided respectfully and with dignity.
