RN Or LPN Unit ManagerBerkshire Health & Rehabilitation Center in Vinton, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of RN or LPN Unit Manager.As the RN or LPN Unit Manager, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional leadership and supervision of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
