Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)
Full-Time | Night Shift | 3x12s | Naples, FL

You will collaborate closely with surgeons and clinical teams, anticipate needs in real time, and play a key role in ensuring safe and successful procedures from start to finish.

What You’ll Do
Independently plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care using established clinical standards and protocols
Provide hands-on nursing care throughout the surgical process
Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team to ensure seamless procedures
Use critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in high-pressure situations
Accurately document patient care in electronic or paper medical records
Administer medications safely and confidently, using available resources when needed
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams throughout the continuum of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based committees
Serve as a mentor or preceptor to new staff, students, and team members
Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and actively engage in ongoing education
Provide clear and thorough handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Take on-call shifts as required
What You Bring
Active RN license in the State of Florida
At least 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
BLS and ALS certifications through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
