Job description
Intermountain Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Organ Transplant Coordinator (RN) to manage care for transplant patients and living donors. This role liaises with transplant physicians, referring physicians, recipients, and families, coordinating education and services throughout the transplant process.
The coordinator will handle pre- and post-operative care, discharge planning, and long-term follow-up, with responsibilities including on-call coverage and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
