Job description
RN Orientation Coordinator
Broad Function: RN who coordinates and facilitates orientation for new nurses to Auburn Community Hospital on various inpatient units.
Qualifications:
Current New York State RN license
BSN required (enrollment in program considered)
MSN or active progress towards an MSN degree preferred
Minimum two years of recent acute care clinical experience
Demonstrated clinical competence and excellence in professional practice
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster a positive learning environment
Experience as a preceptor preferred
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 annually
