Description

$7,500 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

This position will be supporting our Irvington site.

Schedule : Monday to Friday Day shift

The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence participants in the community. Care is based in the nursing process and is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Applies knowledge of assessing, planning, ordering, giving, delegating, teaching and supervising professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence.

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License

Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

2 years RN experience in PACE, home health, skilled nursing facility, community health, hospice nursing or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Upon hire: Current recognition by a national professional organization in care management, geriatrics or hospice

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
