About This Role
The Registered Nurse in the PACU at St. Vincent will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative settings and are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Schedule: Full-time, Day shift with occasional evenings and on-call requirements
What You'll Do
Assess human responses and plan nursing care for individuals or families.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Provide feedback regarding clinical practice and role performance.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to implement patient care plans.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
Participate in professional organizations and continuous learning.
Requirements
Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
Experience: Preferred certification in area of specialty
Licenses & Certifications: CPR certification required
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate
