About This Role
The Registered Nurse (RN) in this role assesses human responses and plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families. This position is ideal for a dedicated professional who values patient safety and teamwork.

What You'll Do
Assess human responses and implement nursing care plans.
Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
Supervise and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice.
Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
Utilize the nursing process to create individualized patient care plans.
Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family-centered.
Requirements
Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
Experience: Certification in area of specialty preferred.
Licenses & Certifications: CPR certification required.
Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
