Job description
Mercy is seeking a Manager of the Palliative Care Program to lead the inpatient Palliative Care Department. This role focuses on direction, oversight, and integration of care to optimize patient safety, quality, and financial performance.
The manager will work with the Medical Director and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to identify palliative care patients and achieve program goals aligned with Mercy’s strategic direction.
