Job Description VNA Care is seeking Home Health RNs for full time or part time Case Manager roles.
Monday- Friday, 32 - 40 hours from 8a-4:30p.
86,000 - $129,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules.

Good standing MA RN License
