Job description
Mercy invites registered nurses to begin a structured career pathway starting in Med/Surg with 12–18 months on watch, then transitioning to a specialty unit such as PICU, ICU, CVICU, ED, or Burn ICU. The program includes mentorship, unit support, and a clear pathway into specialty practice.
