Job description
Northwell Health in New York is seeking a registered nurse to provide age-specific nursing care using the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and the health team, and coordinate procedures and treatments. The role emphasizes leadership in directing/delegating activities on the patient care unit.
The nurse will assess patients’ health, plan and implement care, document outcomes, and contribute to discharge planning and patient education. NYS RN licensure is required, BSN preferred.
