Job description
St. Peter's Hospital in Albany, NY is seeking an experienced RN to join the C3 Patient Logistics team as a Part-time Days position.
The role emphasizes patient flow management, triage, and collaboration with Case Management to ensure timely and accurate patient processing. The selected RN will participate in orientation, receive calls to facilitate admissions, and may travel to nearby hospitals during the onboarding period.
