Lead a team that makes a difference for patients and families during some of the most important—and sometimes most challenging—moments of their lives.

We are seeking an experienced and engaged Patient Services Manager II to lead our clinical team at UNC Maternal Fetal Medicine in Raleigh.

Our MFM practice provides specialized care for patients experiencing high-risk and medically complex pregnancies. In this role, you will:

Oversee daily clinical operations and help ensure appropriate staffing and workflow across the practice.

Recruit, orient, develop, and retain an engaged and highly skilled team.

Support staff through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and ongoing professional development.

Promote high standards for patient safety, quality, service, and the patient experience.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, access, efficiency, and coordination of care.

Partner with clinical and operational leaders on practice initiatives and organizational priorities.

Support three sub-specialty clinic nurse navigators (Fetal Care, Diabetes, and Cardio-Obstetric/PAS programs)
