PCU Registered Nurse
Schedule
7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a total of 36 hours scheduled and 24 hours guaranteed per week.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PCU Registered Nurse for a contract position. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a progressive care unit setting, ensuring safety and comfort while adhering to clinical protocols and standards.
Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with best practices and established protocols.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine assessments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
A minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience required.
Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
Current certifications in BLS and ACLS from approved vendors.
Driver's license to verify residency.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
