Job description
Carle Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, community-focused environment. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, documenting in the EHR, educating patients and families, and supporting safe discharges. RNs are expected to uphold strict safety and infection control standards while contributing to quality improvement initiatives and pursuing ongoing professional growth.
