Job description
Albany Med Health System seeks a Registered Nurse for the Per Diem Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Office in Latham, NY. The RN will assist with case management, follow-ups, and patient messaging, working with physicians to ensure high-risk patients receive exceptional care.
